As explained, when a Windows Acquire is configured in Push mode, it will periodically connect to the Push Server. To avoid overwhelming the Push Server with many simultaneous connection attempts, each Windows Acquire delays its connections to the Push Server by a number of seconds. This time lag is configurable in System Manager, in the Connection Details panel for the target.
By default, Use a random number is selected. To choose a specific delay for each Acquire, select a specific number of seconds (not recommended unless you know what you are doing, and why).
