The Portal setup may fail for a number of reasons. If an issue occurs an error will be
displayed and then the following dialog will appear.

The Portal setup will fail if it is not run as administrator.

The Portal setup will fail if one or more of the prerequisites are not installed. A warning message similar to this one will be displayed.
