The Pending FTP Password Change options do not apply to the Control Center (i.e., sending capture profiles to and collecting the transferred data from the Push Server). Therefore once the Push Server password has actually changed you must update the FTP Push Server Details to allow Control Center to continue collecting the transferred data.
This need for continued vigilance and synchronization is a very good reason to avoid an expiring password if at all possible.
