The Acquire Accounts utility is not compatible with any legacy Acquires from version 7.x of Syncsort Capacity Management.
To manage account details for such old Acquires you need to use the old Accounts utility that is installed on the Target System, as part of the Acquire installation, that is, double-click on accounts.exe in the C:\Metron\Acquire\Program folder.
The utility has two main uses for 7.x Acquires:
To complete the connection parameters for Oracle, if you decided to set details later using the Accounts utility.
To allow the specification of additional Oracle instances from which you want to capture performance data using the same copy of Acquire.
