You can use filters to refine lists of items by applying search parameters. Filters are particularly useful when managing a large number of items or complex queries and can be saved for future use. You can apply multiple filters at the same time, resulting in an increasingly fine-grained list selection.
When available, the Filter field is positioned beneath the Search field, above the relevant list, for example, on the Business Asset types page.
You can also filter complex field types, however, these filters are not saved and there are no system field values available:
-
The Reference Item list from Relationship Lookup grid, on the asset Definition tab.
-
The Relation Lookup grid, on the asset Definition tab.
-
The Ownership Lookup grid, on the asset Definition tab.
