Data360 Govern provides a collaborative platform for users to follow and post comments or hold discussions on an asset. Follow an asset if you want to be kept informed of changes and events related to that specific item.
To follow or stop following an asset, from the asset detail page, click the Follow this item button in the header bar.
All assets that you are following are listed on your profile page. To open your profile page, from the top right corner menu, select View Profile, then click the Following tab.
Note: Administrators can build a workflow that sends an email notification to the followers of an asset when the item is changed or when an action is taken on the asset. For more information, see Configuring email notifications.
To view followers for an item, on the asset detail page, click the Followers tab.
