If you are an administrator, you can reassign workflow items belonging to other users to another user in the system. This allows you to ensure that workflows can be completed when a user is not able to complete any items assigned to them.
When items are reassigned, the Response Type for the form is unaffected. For example, if a form is assigned to User 1, User 2, and User 3, and Response Type is set to All, if you reassign the item from User 3 to User 4, the form now requires a response from User 1, User 2, and User 4.

Click the name of the user whose workflow items you want to reassign.

From the Assignments panel, click the name of the assignment that you want to reassign, then click Reassign.
You can reassign multiple items by ensuring that the items that you want to reassign are selected, then click Reassign.

In the Reassign dialog, select the name of the user that you want to reassign items to.
If an email notification is associated with the workflow assignments, you can choose whether to send assignment emails to the selected user by checking Send form emails.
If there are multiple assignees on the item, you can choose to Clear other assignments if you want to remove all other assignees.
