The Requests page lists all workflow instances that were initiated by you, for example, a certification request or a question that you asked using the Take Action button.
The Requests grid includes these details:
- Workflow Name - The name of the workflow.
- Associated with - The name of the asset that the workflow is based on.
- Assignee - The names of the assignees. If there are more than two assignees, hover over the usernames to see the full list.
- Initiated - Date (or time if today) when the workflow was started.
- Status - The status of the workflow, Pending or Complete.
To view the steps of a request, select an item in the grid to see the Request Progress in the side panel. You can click any step to see detailed Step Information. Click Show Workflow Diagram and Details to see information about the configuration of the workflow and the workflow diagram.
You can click the Request Information button in the side panel to see additional form and workflow details.
