Provided you have the appropriate permissions, you can customize the style and branding of the Data360 Govern UI, to reflect that of your organization. This topic describes how to view and choose from the available themes.
  1. Click Administration in the navigation bar, followed by Branding.
The Branding page displays, with the Information panel initially collapsed.

All themes are displayed on separate cards, with a thumbnail of the theme's design and its name on the left, and an Options button positioned to the right. The current theme that is being applied to the UI, displays the appropriate badge.

If this is the first time you, or others in your organization with similar permissions, have navigated to the branding page, only the default Precisely theme is displayed. Otherwise, there may also be other themes that have already been created.

Note: If your organization has an existing theme with, for example, custom logos, a home page background and/or custom CSS, it is copied to a new theme for each environment, called "Custom Theme". The theme is then set as the current theme and made available to you, in addition to the Precisely theme. However, please note that, while we have endeavored to replicate the existing styling, some differences may exist.

You cannot download, edit or delete the Precisely theme.

  2. Select a theme, then click the Information button to display the Information panel and the details of the appropriate theme.
Once you have displayed the Information panel, it will remain visible to you on the branding page, even if you end the session and then sign back on again, until you close it using the Hide Side Panel button.
  3. Select a different theme, if available, to display its details in the side panel.
Note: There are two button colors in the Data360 Govern UI. You can only define the primary button color. The color of the secondary buttons, such as Close, Cancel, Discard Changes, Export to Excel and similar, cannot be changed using themes and is always gray.
