The My Assignments panel on the home page displays a list of your outstanding workflow assignments, grouped by workflow name and version. You can also find a list of your assignments by filtering the items on the Assignments page.
These are tasks that are assigned to you as a result of a workflow step, with each row showing tasks relating to a separate workflow step, where:
- The Workflow Name column shows the name of the workflow that generated the assignment.
- The Step column shows the name that was assigned to the Form activity when the workflow was created, that is, the specific workflow step that generated the assignment.
- The Associated with column shows the name of the asset that the workflow is based on.
- The Count column shows the number of forms that you need to complete for the workflow step.
For example, a workflow may be set up so that when a user edits a business term, you are sent a form to approve the change. In this case, any business term changes awaiting your approval would be listed in one row, with the number of assignments of this type requiring your attention shown in the Count column.
