Batch processing allows you to cleanse, match, merge, or validate existing active records in your database. A TSS Batch Request specifies which records will be processed. There are 13 pre-defined batch requests:

  • Cleanse, match, automatically merge, or validate all accounts

  • Cleanse, match, automatically merge, or validate all contacts

  • Cleanse, match, automatically merge, or validate all leads

  • Cross match contacts to leads and leads to contacts

  • Automatically merge cross-matched lead records into contacts

In addition, you can create a customized batch request to process a subset of records, as described in Creating a Custom Batch Request.

You run batch requests through the Standard Batch Manager. Your request creates a Trillium CRM batch job. You can monitor the progress of the batch job through the Standard Batch Manager, and you can view details of the results of the batch job in the Batch Job Information window, as described in Reviewing Batch Jobs.

A batch request processes only those records to which you have access. Running the Standard Batch Manager from an account with administrative privileges, which allows all records to be cleansed and matched, is recommended.
