The following are required for successful use of Trillium Quality for Dynamics:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9.1 online.

  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365.

  • Trillium Quality for Dynamics. If you have administrative privileges on your CRM system, you can verify that Trillium Quality for Dynamics is deployed:
    1. Log in to CRM as an administrator.

    2. Click Settings > Solutions. Two Trillium Quality for Dynamics solutions should be listed:

      • Trillium Quality for Dynamics®

      • Trillium Quality MatchLink for Dynamics®

      If they are not listed, contact your CRM Administrator.

  • If Internet Explorer 11 is used to access Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Compatibility View settings must be disabled:
    1. Click the Tool menu on IE. This is the Gear icon in the top right cor­ner of the browser window.

    2. Select Compatibility View settings. The Compatibility View Settings window opens.

    3. Uncheck Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.

    4. Click Close.

  • If a pop-up blocker is enabled, add your Microsoft Dynamics 365 URLs to the list of the sites that your pop-up blocker allows to open.

Note: During an initial implementation of Trillium Quality for Dynamics, all contacts, accounts and/or leads should be cleansed and matched using the Master Batch utility. Speak with your CRM Administrator about initial processing.
