Trillium Quality for Dynamics allows matching on records across contact and lead entity types using standard batch requests. You can then optionally auto merge lead records into contact records.
Note the following guidelines:
Use the Auto Merge Cross Match batch request to auto-merge lead to contact records. To merge leads that match other leads, run the Auto Merge (lead) batch request.
Before you run the Auto Merge Cross Match batch request, you must first match leads to contacts by running one of the following batch requests:

Matching Cross Match (contact). Matches contacts to contacts, then matches contacts to leads.

Matching Cross Match (lead). Matches leads to leads, then matches leads to contacts.

Only Cross Match (lead). Matches leads to contacts.

If multiple lead records match a contact record, as a best practice, do the following:

Merge the duplicate lead records by running the Auto Merge (lead) batch request.

Run the Auto Merge Cross Match (lead) batch request.

Cross-entity matching uses all defined window keys.

Your administrator must enable the Cross Match Mode setting before you can successfully cross match leads with contacts and contacts with leads, and merge leads to contacts.
