As data is entered, modified, or imported, Trillium Quality for Dynamics runs in the background to improve name and address data (referred to as cleansing) and to identify potentially duplicate records (referred to as matching and cross-entity matching) before the data is entered into your CRM database. In addition, you can run batch processes to cleanse, match, merge, and validate existing records in your CRM database through the Standard Batch Manager.
Trillium Quality for Dynamics includes pre-defined cleansing and matching rules for data from over 230 countries.
Note: Country-specific Trillium Global Address Verification (GAV) tables (previously called postal tables or postal directories) are required for processing addresses from each country. If GAV tables are not available for any of the default countries, your Trillium Quality for Dynamics implementation has been customized to remove unsupported countries.
