To detect duplicates, Trillium Quality for Dynamics checks all records to which it has access, but only lists records to which you have access. Records to which you do not have access are not listed.

You are using a Quick Create form or are working with customer address records.

The Duplicates window has not been configured by your system administrator.

Your pop-up blocker does not include your CRM server’s address in its list of allowed sites.
