A TS Quality Country View report provides information about the results of cleansing for a specified country.

To run a country report

  1. From an Account, Contact or Lead window, select Run Report > TS Quality for Entity Rpt 2 Country View, where Entity is the currently displayed entity (contact, account, or lead). The Select Records window opens.

    Select Records
  2. Select the records to be included in the report and click Run Report. The Country Report window opens, as illustrated in the figure given below.

  3. Optionally, enter a date range for the report. By default, data for the previous month is included in the report.

  4. Enter a two-character ISO country code (for example, CA for Canada, GB for Great Britain, and so on).

  5. Click View Report to generate and display the report. The figure given below illustrates the first page of a report for Great Britain.

Expanding a line item in the report lists specific records for which the condition was found. For example, the figure given below illustrates expanding a line item to review records with an unknown street pattern.

Clicking a record link prompts you for your CRM credentials, then opens the record in CRM.

Each country report contains nine pages of detailed information about the country’s records, allowing you to drill into your data to better understand the accuracy of the information in your database. Use the navigation buttons to advance through the pages of the report.

Report pages contain the following information:

  • Page 1, Review Groups: Lists the records that fall into general categories of address problems, such as unknown streets, missing city names, missing country names, and so on.

  • Page 2, Postal Geocode Match Level: Lists the records for which the address was validated or failed validation, and the reasons for failure.

  • Page 3, Postal Code Corrected: Lists the records for which the postal code was corrected.

  • Page 4, City Name Corrected: Lists the records for which the city name was corrected.

  • Page 5, Street Name Corrected: Lists the records for which the street name was corrected.

  • Page 6, Street Component Corrected: Lists the records for which a portion of the street address was corrected. For example, if a record is entered for 123 Main Road but the postal directory does not contain a Main Road in that city, but does contain a Main Street, Trillium Quality for Dynamics would cleanse the record by changing Main Road to Main Street, which would be a street component correction.

  • Page 7, Latitude and Longitude Match Level: Lists the records for which the address was matched to specific latitude and longitude coordinates.

  • Page 8, Latitude and Longitude Match Accuracy: Lists the records for which the latitude and longitude coordinates matched at the rooftop level, city level, or street level.

  • Page 9, Match Groups: Lists the records which belong to the same match group. Match groups are sets of records that are possibly duplicates. If you have numerous match groups, use CRM’s Duplicate Detection process to resolve the duplicates.
