When you use CRM to import a file containing a contact, account or lead list, by default Trillium Quality for Dynamics automatically cleanses and matches the records. Create your import map file and import the file according to your usual CRM procedures. During the import, Trillium Quality for Dynamics runs in the background to cleanse and match the records.
When the import is complete, use an Auto Merge process (see Automatically Merging Matched Records), or the TSS Match Display List (see Viewing and Merging Duplicate Records), to combine data in duplicate records.
