As part of an initial implementation of Trillium Quality for Dynamics, existing data should be cleansed and matched. This initial processing is performed by the System Administrator for Trillium Quality for Dynamics using a Master Batch process. Master Batch is available from the TSI Web Server Administration page.
The Master Batch process:
Exports the data of the specified entity type (contacts, accounts, or leads) from your Dynamics 365 database.
Cleanses and matches all records of the specified entity type, based on the rules defined in your Trillium project.
Imports the cleansed and matched data back into the Dynamics 365 database.
Note: The Master Batch process includes both cleansing and matching. If a Do Not Cleanse or Do Not Match flag has been set on a record (for example, if either the tss_override_cleanse or tss_override_match fields have been set to true), that record will not be processed by Master Batch.
