The rules that determine how data is cleansed and matched are defined in a Trillium Quality project. The Trillium Quality project is named CRM.

The CRM project supports data cleansing and matching for the following countries:

Note: For the CRM project, records that do not include adequate address and geographical information are processed in the No Match flow. For example, a record that contains a name, e-mail address, and a country code, but no other address information, would be processed in the No Match flow.

You must purchase a license for each country to be processed. If a license is not purchased for any of the default countries, addresses in those countries will not be formatted and enhanced by Trillium Quality for Dynamics and the rules for those countries must be deactivated in the project. To cleanse and match data from additional countries, a customized implementation of Trillium Quality for Dynamics is required.
