To access the installation files for Trillium Quality for Dynamics, follow the instructions provided in the e-mail you received from Trillium. The e-mail directs you to the Precisely MySupport website and provides a unique user name and password providing access to the required files.
The software installation files are provided in a compressed file, TSCrmMSD_version.build.zip. When you extract the files, the following folder and one executable file are created:
TSCrmMSD_Image
TSCrmMSD_version.build.exe
