If a cleansing or matching process fails because the Trillium Quality for Dynamics cleanser or matcher service is unavailable, Trillium Quality for Dynamics returns one of the following in the tss_errormessage field:
Cleanser service not available.
Matcher service not available.
The record is entered into your CRM database, but it is not cleansed or matched. When the cleanser and/or matcher service becomes available, you can open and re-save the record, or you can use the Standard Batch Manager to cleanse and match multiple records. See the Trillium Quality for Dynamics User’s Guide for information on using the Standard Batch Manager.
Note: When re-saving a record, you must make a change to the record (for example, add a space or re-enter a field) in one of the fields used for cleansing or matching to trigger cleansing and matching.
