With the directories, Tomcat, configuration file, and project all correctly set up, and a project started in TSI Web Server Administration, as described in the previous sections of this document, Master Batch is ready for use.
To run Master Batch
In the TSI Web Server Administration page, click MS Dynamics Master Batch. The Load Data page opens.
On the Start Loader Job tab, select a customer name (your name). This is the name that you saved the connection information under in TSCrmMSD_StandardBatch_Manager.exe. This selects the configuration file with the connection information for you.
Select the entity or entities to be cleansed and matched.
Click Start Job. Click Ok to dismiss the Load started successfully message. The Loader Job Status tab opens, displaying the status of your job.
Master Batch exports your Dynamics data, cleanses and matches the data, and imports the processed data back into your Dynamics database.
(Optional) Click the Loader Log tab to review the log file. To stop the job, click Stop Job. You can resume the job from the Resume Loader Job tab.
When the job completes, Import Completed is listed as the final Status Message.
