When connecting from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online to EDQ on Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), it is recommended that an Application Gateway (AG) or load balancer (lb) be used to route the traffic.
Data entered in MSD 365 would be sent to the AG/lb using HTTPS over port 443 (default), and then the AG/lb would send the data to EDQ using HTTP over port 8484. The results would go the other way from EDQ to the AG/lb, then to MSD 365.
