Optional - Overriding Cleansing and Matching - trillium_quality - 2.7

Two Trillium fields - tss_override_cleanse and tss_override_match - allow you to identify records that should not be cleansed or matched. Trillium Quality for Dynamics will not modify data in the record and/or will not include the record in a matching process.

To override cleansing and/or matching, add the tss_override_cleanse and/or tss_override_match fields to a form. If these fields are set to true during data entry, the record will not be cleansed and/or matched by Trillium Quality for Dynamics. Adding these fields to forms is optional.

To add override fields to forms

1. Follow the steps provided in Adding the Duplicates Window to Forms to open the form to be modified.

2. From the Field Explorer, select tss_override_cleanse and/or tss_override_match and drag them onto the form.

3. Optionally, change the labels on the fields, then click OK.

4. Click Save, click Publish, and close the form.

5. Repeat for each form you will use to enter contact, account, lead, customer address, and custom entities.
