After the processes are run, you can remove all the actual data from the entity, leaving a skeleton entity. To save disk space, after you have finished working with a project, you can remove the data rows from all of the entities apart from the input(s).

You will find the menu option Remove TSQ Flat Data Rows on the Entity menu for all entities in a Quality project. If you remove rows from an entity, then you will not be able to run the process that uses this entity as its input until you have repopulated the entity by re-running the preceding process.

There is also an option to remove the data from all of the entities in a project, apart from the inputs (Remove TSA Flat Data Rows on the project menu)

To remove rows from an entity

  1. From the Navigation or Project View, right-click the entity and select Remove TSQ Flat Data Rows.

  2.  Click OK at the confirmation.
