  1. Open a terminal - cmd.exe for Windows, or any shell on Linux - on the system where the Hub is installed.
  2. Go to the ‘bin’ directory, the defaults are:
    1. for Windows C:\Program Files\Precisely\Ironstream Hub\bin
    2. for Linux /opt/ihub/bin
  3. Run the command below to retrieve the version information. This information can be passed to Precisely Support.
    • ibmiconfig -version
    • ironstreamhub -version
    • ironstreamhubportal -version

    For Linux systems you may need to enter the characters ./ in front of the commands, for example,

    ./ironstreamhub -version
