You can find the version of Hub that is installed using the command line or the user interface. Follow these steps:
Note: Check the Precisely Support site to find if a newer version of the software is available. For more information, see Precisely Support.
User interface
  • Select the question mark icon on the top right corner.
  • Select the About Ironstream Hub option from the menu.
    Note: The Hub version information will be displayed in a dialog box.
Command line
Note: This feature is applicable only for v1.3.8 or earlier versions.

Run the following command at the command prompt from the Hub's installation directory. The output will include both the software version and build information that may be useful for Precisely Support.

ihubcmd -version
