To perform the fuzzy search in SAP CRM WebClient, you need to select the All Account – Fuzzy Search option in the Search for drop-down box. This option is the same as the Fuzzy Search option in the SAP GUI. The search result appears after the Search Selection Parameter section, as shown in the figure below.
