Carefully consider your Window Key configuration and its impact on your search results for Contact Persons with a company address. The default Window Key for duplicate checking, Window Key 10, contains parts of the Postal Code, Contact Person Last Name, and Company Street Name. With this configuration, type 3 address matches can only occur if the Postal Code, Contact Person Last Name, and Company Street Name are similar. For example, if you would like to search for all Contact Persons in the same 3-digit zip code that have similar names, you will need to configure a window key that does not include part of the Company Street Name.
To maintain good performance, always consider your data volume when making changes to your Window Keys. Ensure that your match windows are not too large.
