The TS Web Services with Director allows you to use industry-standard SOAP requests to send data to TSS for cleansing (formatting and enhancing) and matching (identifying potential duplicates) using Trillium’s Director/Cleanser/Matcher architecture.
You can set up your project using the Director System Manager. You can perform a test using the sample project, director_proj, and the Director/Cleanser/Matcher included in your installation, or you can create a Director/Cleanser/Matcher specifically for your project. See the Trillium Director User’s Guide for information on using the Director System Manager to create a Director, Cleanser and/or Matcher.
To create a TS Web Services with Director solution:
Create, test and deploy a real-time Trillium Quality project, as described in the TSS Control Center’s help and in the Trillium Director User’s Guide.
Test your web service configuration by creating cleanse and match SOAP requests and viewing the web service response. Test using a standard SOAP testing tool, such as SmartBear Software’s SoapUI.
Modify your client application to generate SOAP messages to send and receive data to be cleansed and/or matched.
