If you include the country-specific GOUT_MATCH_LEVEL DDL field in your SOAP request, the SOAP response will include the postal match code. For example, the following would return the postal match code from the US Postal Matcher:

No city found in input data to match to Global Address Verification (GAV) tables. City name is either misspelled or missing.

No street name found in input data to match to Global Address Verification (GAV) tables. Street name is either misspelled or missing.

House number in input data does not match to house number range in Global Address Verification (GAV) tables.

Cannot return a valid match due to high frequency of errors of address components in input data.

Input data incomplete. For example, input data is “10 Main” but the Global Address Verification (GAV) tables contains “Main Street” and “Main Road.”

Matches exist, but there are too many corrections required to make the match.
