Your Trillium Quality project is configured to use specific fields for a cleansing process. On the Cleanser Input/Output Fields tab you identify which fields will be included in the test cleanse request and response.

Note: For information on selecting fields for a matcher request, see Selecting Fields for a Matcher Request.

To select fields for a cleansing request

  1. On the Cleanser Input/Output Fields tab, select one or more fields from the Request/Input Available Fields list. (If the Available Fields list is empty, refer toLoading Fields From an Active Project.)

  2. Click Add to add the fields to the Selected Fields list, or drag and drop the fields into the Selected Fields list. Repeat to select Response/Output fields.

Selecting and Arranging Cleanse Fields

The order in which fields are listed on this screen is the order in which they will occur in the request and response. To rearrange the order of fields in the request or response, select the fields in the Selected Fields lists and click Move Up and Move Down, or drag and drop to rearrange the fields.

To remove fields from the request or response, select one or more fields in the Selected Fields list and click Remove, or, to remove all fields from the Selected Fields list, click the wastebasket icon .

When all request and response fields have been selected, you can test the request with the Web Service Testing tab, as described in Testing Requests (TSI).
