- For successful installation of the Winshuttle software, you may need to add Winshuttle installers to the whitelist if you are using a custom policy for your Windows Defender or antivirus software.
- TLS 1.2 Support
We have added TLS 1.2 Security Protocol in our Installer as a fallback feature. The Installer will fetch connection string with System Default protocol, and if it doesn't work, then Installer will run TLS 1.2 Security Protocol in fallback.
Steps to Download SAP NW RFC SDK files in case files are not present in System32
Refer the Support portal article link for the steps when the dlls are not present in c:\windows\system32\ path.
Note: To connect Automate Evolve, Studio Manager (Server and Worker) and Studio with SAP, customers need SAP NetWeaver RFC Library. If the library will not be already present on the system, then user will get an error when these products try to make a connection to SAP. This library can be downloaded from SAP market place, following the steps here https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/articles/6082267463451-Steps-to-Download-SAP-NW-RFC-SDK-files to get this library and place it at the required location. (Applicable from 20.2.9 onwards)
