Before running the Assure Unified Interface 10.0 & Portal Application Installation Wizard for Windows, do the following:
Version 10.0 of the Assure UI portal can only be installed on Windows servers that support 64-bit applications. Customers who cannot upgrade to version 10.0 also cannot use the MIMIX version 10.0 portal application, which runs only on version 10.0, and thus cannot use the Assure UI portal to manage 10.0 instances. Refer to Assure UI version 10.0 portal application compatibility for information about supported configurations.
Ensure that your client workstation meets the minimum requirements for using this wizard. The user who runs this wizard must have administrator privileges for the system on which it is run. Either Windows®10, Windows Server®2012 R2, Windows Server® 2016, or Windows Server® 2019 is required. For a complete list of wizard requirements, see the More Info link in the wizard’s Welcome panel or on the download page Support.
To improve performance of the wizard, close other applications before starting the wizard.
