Click Edit and Generate Project in the Project Deployment Manager window to display the Project Deployment Form. If this is the first time the Project Deployment Form has been used with this project, an informational message displays when the window opens.

Using this window you can modify the project if desired, then click Generate the Files for Deployment to create the configuration and settings files. If you return to the Control Center to make changes to the project and again select the Deploy to Real Time option, changes made in this window will be retained.

The right pane of the window is divided into several areas:

  • Connector/Project Type identifies the connector for which this project was created and the project type. Name and Address projects, Business Data projects and Empty projects use the Director SDK; SAP projects use the SAP connector. The connector/project type was established at project creation and cannot be changed.
  • Match Routing Field identifies the field that determines the path taken through the matching process. Enter the field to be used, or accept the default, COUNTRY. (This option is inactive for SAP and Business Data and Empty projects.)
  • Cleanse Routing Field identifies the field that determines the path taken through the cleansing process. Enter the field to be used, or accept the default, DR_COUNTRY. DR_COUNTRY is an internally derived field containing the two-digit country code. (This option is inactive for Business Data and Empty projects.)
  • SAP Configuration allows you to map data to cleanser/matcher server fields. When deploying an SAP project, you must specify how data is mapped between the SAP client and the cleanser/matcher server. For information on SAP configuration, see the Trillium for SAP Reference Guide.
  • Language and Encoding allows you to specify the language and encoding scheme to be used in the project. The most commonly used encoding schemes are listed; click Show All Encodings to display all supported encoding schemes. If an encoding is not displayed in the list, you can type in the desired encoding page. All languages and encoding schemes supported by TS Quality are supported by the Project Deployment Manager.
  • Mark up allows you to modify the processes.
  • Files that will be generated displays the default names for the real-time project files that will be created for this project. The file list depends on the connector type.

The left pane of the Project Deployment Form displays a tree view of the processes (that is, the TS Quality modules) in the project, and allows you to modify base settings for the project.

If the project does not require any changes, you are ready to generate the project files.
