House number in input data does not match to house number range in Postal Directory. |

Cannot return a valid match due to high frequency of errors of address components in input data. |

5 |
Input data incomplete. For example, input data is “10 Main” but the Directory contains “Main Street” and “Main Road.” |

Matches exist, but there are too many corrections required to make the match. |
