The Sales and Services Portal (SSP) is an add-on product for EnterWorks. It gives users the ability to plug real-time enterprise data into InDesign templates to easily create custom documents.

Portal Administration

Portal administrators use the SSP UI to configure and manage one or more portals. They manage:

Notifications: Messages that appear to a portal's entire set of users.

Global Documents: Documents that are shared across a portal, that all the users of that portal can access and use.

Upload Document Files: Portal administrators can upload document files to create a document.

Upload a Document's Preview Image: Portal administrators can upload image files that are used as preview images for documents.

Global Lists: Lists of products that are shared across a portal, that all the users of that portal can access and use.

Themes: The appearance of a portal, including enterprise branding, colors, and images.
EnterWorks Business Management of SSP

EnterWorks business administrators use an EnterWorks UI to configure EnterWorks to support SSP portals. Their tasks are:

SSP User and Portal Administrator Groups: Setting the necessary permissions for portal administrators to perform front-end SSP management and for SSP users to access the relevant product data and digital assets.

Portal Management: Ongoing management of portals, including adding templates to portals and the management of lists, news announcements, and documents.
