  1. Download the Ironstream Windows Installer from the Precisely Support portal.
  2. Copy the downloaded installation executable (IS4iSNDiscovery.msi) to the server where it is to be installed.
  3. Remove all existing versions of "Ironstream for ServiceNow Discovery for IBM i".
  4. Double-click the IS4iSNDiscovery.msi file to launch the Setup Wizard.
  5. The Setup Wizard copies the necessary files to the Proxy Server in the directory path you specify. The default path for files is:

    \Program Files\EView Technology\EView400i\
