Google Sheets add-on capabilities for Evolve
You can now perform the following tasks when working with Evolve using the Google Sheets add-on:
- Route failed submissions, use updated templates, and backup SAP data
- Attach Google Sheets and supporting documents to SAP transactions
- Enforce template version control
- Execute macros synchronously or asynchronously; run transaction scripts in debug mode for troubleshooting; run local Automate scripts without publishing
- Use all SAP logon options and manage Auto Logon entries
- Use a transform formula to generate calculated or transformed values before script execution
- Export and import solutions in Evolve for controlled environment migration

Fixed issues

In the Administrator app Logs Settings, the Edit, Fetch Logs, and Download buttons did not display text labels when using classic themes.
- In form solutions, the OK button in the confirmation pop-up was difficult to read due to insufficient color contrast.
- German special characters (for example, ä, ö, ü, ß) in workflow comments were incorrectly displayed as encoded or numeric values in the Process History.
Known issues
- The macro dialog is closed after each execution even when the SyncCall property is set to true and the AutoClose property is set to false.
- Bulk export of multiple solutions is not available during migration. Only single solution migration is supported.
- The Manage Supporting Documents option is not available for data correction tasks in the Google Sheets add-on.
