To Verify Import Completion and CMDB Updates:
- Go to Ironstream Z/OS Software Discovery > Configuration > Import Sets to view all import runs.
- Check for any Import Set not marked Processed and open it to review and resolve issues.
- After all imports finish, verify that CI data is correctly updated in the ServiceNow CMDB.
- If software discovery is enabled, confirm software data appears under the appropriate software tables (Software Packages/Instances or SAM tables).
