To run collection items there are two methods: Manual (Ad‑hoc) Run and Scheduled Run.

Manual (Ad‑hoc)

  1. In the left navigation menu on the home page, click Connectors.
  2. In the source list, select the connector on which you want to run the collection.
  3. Click the three dots icon next to the connector name.
  4. Click Run to start the collection.

Scheduled Run

  1. In the left navigation menu on the home page, click Connectors.
  2. In the source list, select the connector you want to schedule.
  3. On the Edit Source page, click the Schedule tab.
  4. Turn on the Schedule source toggle.
  5. Set the collection frequency and time.
  6. Click Save. Then, restart the connector to apply the new schedule.
Note: All collected data, whether gathered manually or on a schedule, will be stored at:Drive:\Program Files\Precisely\Ironstream Hub\log\collected
