Following changes are introduced in this release:
- 2026 labor and material costs have been updated in the Replacement Cost Value algorithm. As a result, replacement cost values have been updated for all the records.
- The most current property and building characteristic information from state and local tax authorities is updated.
- There is continuous improvement of PreciselyID assignment to property situs addresses, leveraging Precisely’s Geo Addressing software.
