The Fourth Quarter 2025 International Postal Database contains updated country data. For a complete list of countries and the level at which the database recognizes countries, see Country levels.

Note: Although the Fourth Quarter 2025 database is compatible with the previous CODE-1 Plus International 1.8.4 software versions, it is highly recommended that you install the CODE-1 Plus International 1.8.5 software to benefit from the enhancements included in the 1.8.5 release. The CODE-1 Plus International 1.8.5 software release contains enhancements that improve address matching for all countries. For information about installing the Fourth Quarter 2025 International Postal Database, see the installation instructions for your respective platform.

Guyana

This quarter's release includes several improvements, including an update to the Guyana dataset. In addition to the new postcodes introduced in the previous update, the current release provides street listings for the entire country.

Croatia

Croatia has recently updated its postal addressing structure. As a result, the number of officially recognized postal localities has increased from 307 to 905. Hrvatska Pošta has expanded and reorganized its operational network by assigning postal service responsibilities to a wider range of settlements. The post–town list now more accurately reflects current delivery areas and service points.
