Support for TLS
The agent now supports secure TLS connections using the 4-character TLS suites defined by the GoLang secure list, which is also used by the Ironstream Hub.

The notes and syntax for the startup JCL job have been updated to provide clearer instructions and to better reflect the current monitoring options.
