The following issues are the known issues in this release:
- EW-19811
- The EPS files that do not contain an embedded TIFF preview cannot be converted to PNG. The conversion process requires a bitmap preview, so only EPS files with an embedded TIFF preview are supported for generating PNG thumbnails.
- EW-19812
- The EPS files created from Photoshop (raster EPS) without an embedded TIFF preview
cannot be converted to PNG for the out-of-the-box Thumbnail variant. Attempting conversion
results in a “media format not supported” error from Graphics Mill, as a bitmap cannot be
extracted from EPS files lacking a TIFF preview.
EPS files with an embedded TIFF preview convert successfully. Only files containing the TIFF preview are supported for PNG thumbnail generation
- EW-19813
- PSD (Photoshop) files do not generate PNG Thumbnail variants when the
FileExtension/Content Type is set to the default
"application/octet-stream". Thumbnails are generated correctly only when the FileExtension is set to"image/vnd.adobe.photoshop".Currently, the default content type does not support automatic PSD thumbnail creation in the EnterWorks UI. Users must update the FileExtension to ensure proper variant generation.
