Syncsort Storage Management

Purpose: The CUSTOMER command can be used to display the customer ID, name, and location. The command will also display CPU ID, Type, and Model fields. For systems running with Capacity on Demand, additional fields will be displayed.

Syntax:

CUSTOMER    

Comments: The CUSTOMER command displays customer and CPU information.

The Customer ID displayed in the output is obtained from the DIF CUSTOMER parameter specified in the DIF PARM field for the DIF started task. This ID is very helpful for support calls. The customer name and location are obtained from the license key.

The CPU ID, Type, and Model fields are also displayed.
Note: If the OOCOD parameter was specified on the DIF PARM CUSTOMER field, the DIF started task will track information about the capacity changes. This information will also be displayed in the output.
