The RESET statement initializes selected account fields to zero. Note: The SPACE state-ment is an alias of RESET.
The specified account fields (CUR, HWM, or ALL) are set to zero for all accounts selected by INCLUDE and EXCLUDE filter criteria. If no INCLUDE or EXCLUDE filter criteria are present then the statement applies to all accounts. The LIST parameter indicates that the names of the accounts processed are to be displayed in the SYSPRINT data- set.
This function requires READ authority to each account name (DSL.acctname) or DLimit database administrator authority (UPDATE access to DSL.$CONTROL).
CUR Indicates that the amount of space currently allocated to the account is to be set to zero.
HWM Indicates that the high-water-mark (the largest amount of space used in the account) is to be set to zero. The date and time at which the high water mark occurred are also set to zero.
ALL Indicates that the high water mark, current amount, and maximum amount are to be set to zero.
