The following Infogix® applications now have access to an administrative console: Assure DQ®, ER®, Infogix Insight®, and Perceive®. The console reduces the dependency on third-party intervention for the collection of diagnostic data.
Customers can work with support personnel to generate the necessary data to diagnose runtime problems, and to send the data to support, as applicable.
SQL queries executed in the SQL console are logged in the admin-console-audit.log file. You can access this file in the administrative console, from the list of configuration and log files.
You can use the console to perform the following tasks:
- Configure logging for a specific area of your Infogix application.
- Enable subsystem debug logging.
- Enable the collection of data to show memory and CPU usage.
- Generate heap dumps on demand and copy them to a specified location.
- Generate thread dumps.
- Create a diagnostic package that includes thread dumps, log files, configuration files, and system information.
- View or download specific configuration or log files.
- Execute SQL
SELECTstatements and export the results. - View database details and export the information to a
CSVfile. - View the process and memory details of a node or a diagnostic package.
- Secure value key management.
- Execute a series of diagnostic health checks.
