Review the product and application server log files. Review the following logs:
- <server_name>-igx.log in <install_folder>/Infogix/logs/
<myConfigName>/<product>
where <product> is the name of your application
- For Assure DQ, the folder is IA.
- For ER, the folder is ER.
- For Insight, the folder is II.
- For Perceive, the folder is IV. Product parameters are case-sensitive.
- for WildFly, server.log in <install_folder>/wildfly/<myConfigName>/ log
- for WebSphere Liberty message.log
The location is: <Liberty_Home>/usr/servers/<serverName>/logs
Note: If you get a bus authentication error, contact Customer Support for instructions to resolve the error.
If you have a clustered environment or additional configurations, the names of the log files will differ for additional nodes or configurations.
