WebSphere Liberty version requirement
Assure DQ 10.2 requires WebSphere Liberty version 26.0.0.3. Older Liberty versions are not supported and may cause issues, particularly with password encryption. Before starting the installation, download and install the supported Liberty version from the IBM support page.
Important: The AES encryption path in
appserver.advanced.properties must be configured as a mandatory setup step
when using AES 256-bit password encryption. See
Encrypt passwords.Java 17 requirement for Liberty
Liberty must be started using Java 17. Using any other Java version will cause compilation errors in the server logs and the application will fail to start. Ensure Java 17 is installed and configured as the active JVM before starting Liberty. This is a mandatory prerequisite.
